Oh what a BEAUTIFUL weekend! I just adore this crazy roller coaster life of a missionary. This weekend, the oldest daughter in the Infante family (Doris) was baptized with her 12 year old son (Carlitos). Hermano Daniel (the father) baptized her daughter and Hermano Herber baptized his nephew Carlos. It was the happiest thing EVER, en serio. As I sat in fast & testimony meeting the following day as they were confirmed, the very strongest feeling of love and pure joy came over me. I dont have words to describe it, so I will just leave the reference of ALMA 26. The whole chapter, from start to finish! I could never have supposed when I left the land of California that the Lord would have such great blessings for me! I would never have imagined feeling this kind of love and bliss in being an instrunment in the hands of the Lord to serve these people and learn from them, too. How marvelous is this work! This is the love of our Savior Jesus Christ, and there is no greater love. Next week we have transfers again; i could cry! In fact, I will. More to come from this baptism next week! Love you all more than I have words to describe!
(almost the whole ward calls me this now.... even the 2 year old Infante baby! - its a dance apparently)
PS: Sorry I wasn't able to write a full letter this week; I will write a detailed one next week, I promise! We spent the whole preparation day with the Infante Family in the center of the city and cooking in their home! Hermana Molina made a Bolivian lunch and I made oreo cake pops, HOLLA!
